How many of you get the seasonal sniffles? Constant sneezing? Watery eyes?
Well, I used to head on over to the medicine cabinet seeking relief. As I have been using essential oils, though, I am trying to first use them. It is all a mindset change. We probably all know that constantly using medicines can be damaging to our livers, stomach lining, and more. I am not saying that I never use medicine, though. I just try to see if an oil will help first. 😉
For today’s DIY I am sharing a Seasonal Support Roller Ball Recipe. It is fabulous and I think you will love it!
What You Will Need:
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
10 drops Lemon EO
10 drops Peppermint EO
Carrier oil (I used fractionated coconut oil)
5 mL roller bottle
Pour the drops of essential oils into the bottle and gently mix. Top it off with your desired carrier oil and gently mix again.
Roll this on your jawline and on your skull behind your ears.
You can also add 10 drops of Copaiba EO to this for an added benefit.
***I only had 10 mL bottles, so I only filled it half way.
