Homesteading is more of a mindset than actually owning 10 acres with farm animals roaming over pasture and having a pantry stocked with 100 canning jars from your garden’s abundance. Those things are great if you can accomplish them, but are not mandatory to be considered a homesteader. This blog details our small steps towards self-sufficiency. It isn’t about being perfect and having it all together. Mistakes are the best teachers! As I share our path towards simplifying, may you also feel empowered to make the first small step!
